Apologia Biology: Greek and Latin Prefixes

 This year, I’m teaching Chem instead of Bio.  My neighbor across the street comes by once a week for help.  She’s struggling with all of the terms in Bio.  Many vocabulary terms have Latin or Greek prefixes.  I printed off a list for her and we broke down a few terms, such as abiotic and endothermic.  I printed this list which was written for Honors Biology.  Here is another extensive list with many of the same prefixes. Take a few terms and test the list.
