The Physical Science class has covered some ground understanding the Periodic Table. The girls are working on a lesson for third grade they plan to present next week. On Tuesday, the class will take a quiz on Matter and a Unit test on Chapters 1 and 2, on Thursday. They will receive a guide on Tuesday to help them prepare for the test, Thursday.
The class is structured to be inquiry-based. Presently, the girls are working on experimental design, observation skills, and other tools, such as Cornell notes and discrepant events. Next week, the girls will continue to study the Periodic Table and complete the mini-project, "Adopt An Element".
