Apologia and WA: Penny and Balloon

The Penny in the balloon demo became more of an experiment.  The kids started with pennies, tried dimes (the serrations burst the balloon), washers, foreign coins, ping pong balls, and water.  So a simple demo became an active inquiry activity. Fun!  One mor note.  I like the kids to film their demos as a form of informal evaluation by adding an explanation for the demo or lab.  Here is the video, one more time.
