Apologia Chemistry: Even More on Electron Configurations

One thing that helps kids to write electron configurations is a chart.  Here are two my students have found to be helpful.  Chemistry Tutor has a good explanation for using these charts.  My kids are in the middle of practicing how to use the chart, interpret configurations, short cuts, and other orbital diagrams-all while associating the configurations to the elements on the Periodic Table.  Whew!
