Summer Science Camp: Mad Science Day One

We are in the process of planning, testing ideas, and organizing materials.  I’m saving ideas by day here.  Below are Pix from our test test for Edible Science.  The teens tried Edible Water Bottles and Juice Spheres.  What a mess.  There is no way we’re doing juice spheres.  One teen demonstrated edible water bottles and the kids weren’t interested.  The edible pudding slime was a hit and the edible jello slime a flop.  We just did pop rocks in soda.  We’ll need to add more experiments. BTW, four of the kids are nine.  The others are 11-16.  Our target age is about 7-10.
