I'm planning a watershed program for the Biology class. The Co-op is meeting at our church which has over 50 acres, some woods, and a creek. Perfect for a watershed program! If you Google 'watershed', the amount of materials is staggering. So, we're starting with our area, the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. I've taught in Virginia and West Virginia; there is a staggering number of resources available. Our class is going to participate in The Chesapeake Bay Water Quality Project. But, there is considerable groundwork before we can start.
