Groundwater and Watersheds.

Here is my inspirational groundwater kit.  I had a model once.  What a pain to clean!  You need to use bleach and a strong vacuum filter pump to remove dye residue from the sand.  I learned my lesson and borrowed groundwater kits from the local, Soil and Water Conservation Center.  To be honest, the conservation educator usually delivered the groundwater lesson, too.  The first two activities are just cool.  The rest relate to groundwater.  Here is an overview of groundwater.  Here is the Enviroscape Watershed model.  I have had a set.  Again, it was easy enough to borrow a model when I needed one.  I taught the teens (or let the educator from Soil and Water) how to teach with the Enviroscape model and clean it up afterwards.
