Apologia Chemistry Modules 2 and 13: Calorimetry Labs

Modules 2 and 13 are Thermochemistry.  My kids are choosing between these three labs: Heating Curve of Water, Soda Can Calorimetry, and Coffee Cup Calorimetry.  Below are video instructions to set up each lab.  We are learning remotely; the child’s materials at home will determine her lab choice.  I believe the Heating Curve of Water lab could be performed with a pan of ice, a stove, and a thermometer.
