Hydraulics

Our little household lives near the Quantico Marine Base.  The Marine Corps Museum hosts a STEM oUnreachable program.  Here are some of the education videos.  The Museum has a Home School Science when they are open.  Hydraulics is one of those physical science topics which seldom is taught.   Oriental Trading has a hydraulic kit.  The kit has syringes and tubing; you buy it for the guide.  We bought and assembled this hydraulic kit.  My husband uses these models for Physics.  This set (pricey) most closely resembles the hydraulics materials we used at the Marine Corps Museum.  The National Fluid Power Association has detailed lessons and guides for these kits.  I took a photo of one of the hydraulics kits we used at the Marine Corps Museum.
