Yes, any store can be a science store. Plastic palettes work for diluted chemical or biological reactions. Can you make slime with metallic glue? The Kitchen Science Kit is not a bad deal-especially if you only want one Petrie dish and a couple of pipettes. What about nail polish? Make marbled eggs or rocks. BTW, Five Below sells a cheap stylus for remote education. The Five Below is in the same strip mall as the Dollar tree in my town—also home to many science tools, such as Mentos, inexpensive test tubes, and colored glue for Slime.
