Quick Freeze

 My kids are doing labs and demos from the Chem kit I sent home.  One demo is Quick Freeze. This lab is an example of a colligative property, freezing point depression.  My kids are sending me pix as they complete labs, demos, or activities.  Below is the frozen tonic water.
